Sweden – SAS airlines has opened a co-working space in central Stockholm for its Diamond members.
The City Lounge caters for frequent fliers that need a place to work and network when in Stockholm. Diamond members can use the lounge for free 24 hours before or after their flight, and can also take one guest.
The lounge boasts the same high-quality Scandinavian design as SAS’s airport lounges, and features a number of informal and private meeting spaces.
‘We opened the SAS City Lounge to offer those who travel with us most an opportunity to meet, work efficiently, or just relax in a comfortable environment,’ explains Stephanie Smitt Lindberg, product and development manager at SAS.
Since LS:N Global first observed the convergence of business and leisure in 2009, the boundaries between work and play have dissolved drastically. Find out more in our Workplace Futures insight.
