Designed in collaboration with artist Erin O’Keefe, the collection consists of a five-panel cap, swim shorts, neoprene tote back pack, t-shirt and linen beach towel. The pieces ‘combine to create a mini, beach-ready version of the magazine itself,’ according to Wax, experimenting with the idea of immersing oneself in a text.

Like other collections available through Print All Over Me, the beach kit features bold graphics and bright colours laid on to basic forms. ‘Designers are finding that the way to communicate with that online customer is via the print,’ Jesse Finkelstein, co-founder of Print All Over Me, told LS:N Global in a previous interview.

In its summer issue, Wax also featured artist Cory Arcangel, whose recent collection of ‘surfware’ designed for surfing the internet in bed was a gentle parody of the high-end surf culture and retail scene that Wax helps to promote.
