Brixton, London – A tapas bar and exhibition space called Seven at Brixton has opened in Brixton’s Market Row, and is placing importance on collaborating with other eateries in the market.
‘The market works almost like a cooperative,’ says restaurant co-founder Liam Brown. ‘The restaurants informally work together, for example by offering cocktails to guests waiting for tables at neighbouring businesses without stealing their customers.’
This collaboration creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers, opposed to the competitive, price-orientated high street.
