Edina, Minnesota – Hedge fund consultant Michelle Palm turns cocktails into jelly in her new book Jelly Shot Test Kitchen: Jelling Classic Cocktails One Drink at a Time.
The jelly shot recipes are inspired by cocktails such as a Cosmopolitan or a Martini. ‘Remember Jello-Shots – the dixie cups filled with Jell-O brand gelatin, strong spirits and whipped cream?,’ Palm asks. ‘Jelly Shots are a grown-up, sophisticated re-invention of those Jello shots.’
