Paris – Australian skincare brand Aesop has opened a new shop in Paris.
The walls, floor and ceiling in the 18th-century building are covered by 3,500 pieces of ash timber sourced from the forests in Victoria, Australia. These were then cut and hand-worked in the outskirts of Melbourne before being labelled and shipped to Paris. The products are displayed on the planks jutting out from the walls.
