Paris – The third restaurant in Paris’ popular PNY burger chain is bringing a touch of Miami sunshine to the city.
Situated in the Marais district, the latest PNY restaurant features a turquoise and pink colour palette, combined with white neon and neo-kitsch motifs that bring a 1980s Miami vibe. ‘On the back walls pink and turquoise gradients host three-tone wooden tiles as the decaying abstraction of a palm tree,’ explain CUT, the architects behind the new store, which they say merges the lexicon of the diner with the colourful beach hut. Mirrors and strategic lighting serve to outline the interior’s tubular structure, while giving the restaurant a vibrant evening glow that wouldn’t be out of place on South Beach.
