People power: The Consumer Futures Forum is nigh

19 : 10 : 2012 Consumers : Dalziel + Pow : Consumer Futures Forum

London – The Future Laboratory will host the Consumer Futures Forum in London on 29 November. Designed for CEOs, brand managers, marketing directors, heads of insight and strategists, the half-day event will explore consumer thinking, motivations and the evolution of the next key consumer groups.

Alongside our in-house team of consumer and innovation analysts, guest speakers from Dalziel + Pow, FreshNetworks, BrainJuicer and Pentagram will discuss the implications and opportunities of collaborative consumption, social selling and transmedia storytelling.

‘We spend all day, every day investigating and analysing consumers,’ says Martin Raymond, editor-in-chief of LS:N Global. ‘This forum is our chance to present what we’ve found, to tell you what your customers will be thinking and doing in the future, and show you the best ways that your brand can engage with them, and sell to them, in the 2010s.’

The presentations will explore the key consumer attitudes and behaviours of 2013, in particular in terms of how people shop, how they use technology and what they get up to in social media. We will show how these are different across generations. Insights are brought to life with trend examples and case studies to help learn from the success of other industries. Our speakers will expand on how to activate these insights within business.

Never been to a Futures Forum before? Here’s a snapshot of our Retail Futures Forum. For more details or to book, click here or email Alena Joyette. Early bird discount ends 31 October.
