Spread the word: Mobile library in literacy drive

The travelling library, created by the agency for Alumnos 47, a not-for-profit education and culture organisation, is a sublime space that merges outdoor and indoor environments to give members of the public a place to learn and contemplate in peace.

The library walls can be opened to the elements and the floor can be tiered for comfortable viewing of presentations. To keep the space clear and open, all 1,500 books are housed in shelves above the visitors’ heads.
