London – London-based design agency Jog has created eco-conscious packaging for ethical homeware company Provenance that details each product’s origins.
Every item is packaged in a simple orange box with a product-specific sleeve that describes the individual item’s provenance as a narrative, using the brand language ‘this was’ and ‘this is now’ in simple typography.
All of the packaging, like the products it contains, is made from 100% recyclable materials and a minimal amount of ink to reduce waste.
This is a great example of a brand’s increased efforts to appeal to consumer demand for eco-conscious products by stating its claim in a simple and stylish way. For more on packaging trends, read our Packaging Futures report.
