Montreal – A new company called Molecule-R has launched a line of molecular gastronomy kits that enables consumers to try scientific cooking techniques at home.

Each kit, one for cocktails and one for cooking, includes sachets of natural texturing agents, a set of molecular tools, plus a DVD recipe guide that demonstrates processes such as gelification, spherification and emulsification.
