New York – US clothing brand Dickies has launched a new iPad app called Love Your Work. The app features interviews with leading figures in street fashion such as Michael Kopelman, founder of streetwear brand Gimme5, and Andrew Bunney, creative director of Dr Martens.

The app features editorial content and pictorials on fixed-gear cycling, photography by Paul Mittleman, a New York hip-hop map and a Mike Giant poster.

Love Your Work also acts as a platform to promote the Dickies 2010 autumn/winter collection and show the history of the brand, including vintage ads, construction diagrams and lookbook imagery.

We have seen how brands are creating magazines to communicate to their customers. Now they are using tablet magazines too.
