Kiev, Ukraine – Sparkling wine and cocktail bar Naïve pays homage to the fizzy stuff with its indulgent interior.
The same team behind vegetarian café Orang+Utan translated the light, feminine and playful associations of sparking wine into an Instagram-friendly space where revellers can relax.
Taking cues from 1970s style and the Art Deco movement, AKZ Architectura duo Zuieva Katya and Olga Malyshenko covered structural columns with Dalmation-like spots, while the bar is made from reflective gold material and the drinks counter is framed with a backlit jungle of paper fauna.
‘We wanted to try and show the essence of this drink, its lightness and a sense of celebration,’ the duo told Dezeen.
