London – LS:N Global caught up with Sarah Fletcher, casting director at Feels, to talk about talent discovery and authentic marketing.
‘The whole idea of Feels is about helping people to be discovered, whether you’re an aspiring model, vlogger or musician,’ explains Fletcher. Feels acts like a filter on the disorientating world of Instagram, to help brands in search of future faces.
‘Brands don’t want the archetypal model,’ says Fletcher. ‘They want someone with personality who has things going on beyond the image.’ The platform enables brands to create casting calls by utilising a global user base. Launch partner Levi’s found the face of its Line 8 collection through the app.
