London – D&AD Judging Week brings together creatives from around the world to judge each other’s best work.

  • D&AD is a non-profit organisation that promotes creativity in the spheres of design, graphics, advertising, print and video.
  • Thousands enter, but only a few will win the industry's much-prized graphite, wood, yellow, black and white pencils.

LS:N Global was on the ground during Judging Week and caught up with the people who will decide the winners, including executive creative directors, co-founders and chief creative officers. We asked them how they became successful while maintaining their creativity, and discovered the five secrets of success.
