Having stopped production of their signature instant camera in 2007 and of instant film earlier this year, Polaroid has now tweaked its expertise to create a £99 miniature printer for use with modern camera technologies. Available now, the PoGo, a hand-held printing device, can fit into a pocket, and has universal compatibility with any digital camera or camera phone. By connecting the devices via Bluetooth or a USB cable, users can print a small playing-card-sized photograph, which Polaroid hopes will release images ‘trapped’ on mobile phones and digital cameras. Don’t worry if you forget your business cards on your next business trip – just store an electronic version on your mobile and print it off as you need it.
