Massachusetts – Technology start-up Supermechanical has created a future-proof piece of furniture called the Rev—>Table, which has design blueprints encoded on its surface.
The table is made from durable materials known for quality and longevity. When a component of the table needs to be replaced, the owner can use a smartphone to scan the code and create replacements. The code contains a Drawing Exchange Format file that is necessary to make and customise new parts.
