LVMH launches its online luxury hub 24 Sèvres

Visitors can browse through items from the luxury goods conglomerate’s collection of brands including Louis Vuitton, Dom Pérignon, Céline and Kenzo, alongside those from emerging designers, and explore exclusive capsule collections.

The platform offers delivery to more than 75 countries and a click-and-collect service in Paris. Customers can also speak to a team of fashion experts via a video chat feature on the website and accompanying app.

‘Our clients are highly sophisticated and always in search of creativity and innovation,’ says Bernard Arnault, chairman and CEO of LVMH. ‘With the launch of 24 Sèvres, we are offering a truly differentiated online experience built on our unique expertise at the Le Bon Marché department store in Paris.’
