Established by Katerina Schneider, Ritual sells a single product that has been specifically developed to provide the key nutrients lacking in most women’s diets. Essential for Women is a 30-day supply of subscription nutrients in the form of a beaded oil capsule with slow-release capacity.

The pills, which carry the tagline ‘Only what you need, nothing you don’t’, combine ingredients such as vitamin D3 for the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth and boron to facilitate the metabolism of minerals, purposefully leaving out ingredients commonly found in multivitamins, such as vitamin C, because they are already found in abundance in our diets.

An entire section of the website is dedicated to the provenance of the ingredients, detailing the country of origin and providing a link to the manufacturer’s website.
