UK – Lighter brand Clipper has launched a highly stylised campaign to promote its Roll Your Own line of rolling papers.

  • The sophisticated branding aims to position the typically utilitarian products as fashionable accessories
  • Usted has created five collections for each of the six types of rolling paper

The Barcelona-based design agency has created a series of vibrant and visually rich graphic pieces inspired by the visual identity of Clipper’s new line of rolling papers.

Clipper collaborated with digital artist Mau Morgó, illustrator Mireia Ruiz, marbling specialist Montse Buxó, photographer Biel Capllonch and graphic designer Pink Morro to create the striking designs.

An accompanying video by Antonina Obrador of Malditos Produce features saturated, textured visuals and an original soundtrack by rapper Darrell Cole.

The Big Picture

Brands are ditching the tropes of authenticity marketing and trusting in the creative intuition of specialist teams to create groundbreaking digital projects. Find out more in Part 1 and Part 2 of our Branded Content Market report.
