Founded by Bertrand Uzeel and Jérémy Clédat, Welcome to the Jungle aims to bring some much-needed transparency and personality to the recruitment sector, where prospective candidates can find out more about a hand-picked selection of small and medium-sized companies.

‘The recruitment process is unbalanced in favour of the company,’ explains Uzeel. ‘We are convinced the best way to recruit is with greater transparency, revealing the company’s corporate culture and the people who work there.’

For the launch of its first edition, Welcome to the Jungle worked with illustration and graphic arts studio Violaine & Jérémy to create an engaging layout that ‘reflects the energy of the new generation arriving on the employment market’.

The Big Picture

Millennials are more idealistic when it comes to finding a job. Some 83% of young people in a recent study said they would be willing to take a 15% pay cut to join a company that matched their ideals.
