Copenhagen – The design engineers behind Butchers & Bicycles have created a minimalist showroom space in Copenhagen’s meatpacking district that echoes the seamlessness and usability of their new tricycle product line, Mk1.
Design trio Morten Mogensen, Morten Wagener and Jakob Munk have converted a 19th-century stable into a multi-functional showroom that acts as a showcase space as well as a working station in which to assemble the bikes. The Scandinavian and industrial aesthetic mixes tradition with practicality.
Inspired by the heritage transport used by butchers to deliver their produce, the Mk1 cargo trike is designed with tilt-action technology, enabling cycle lovers to ride around the city effortlessly. Butchers & Bicycles has crafted the perfect urban mobility product and showroom space for Re-con Man.
