What is an LS:N Global membership and what does it include?
LS:N Global is The Future Laboratory’s trends intelligence service. Membership will provide you with original research, analysis and insights into consumer behaviour and key industry trends, giving you the confidence to make informed decisions about the future of your sector.
Depending on the package, your membership will include unlimited access to daily news, research from your choice of eight industry sectors, macrotrends and microtrends, and exclusive discounts on The Future Laboratory’s in-house events.
What are the differences between membership plans?
Each of our membership plans is designed to suit the needs of differently sized businesses. You can now choose from three package options, all available through self-service, allowing you to access the content that is relevant for your brand.
Members of our Premium package will gain access to an assigned Account Manager and the entire LS:N Global archive, which includes 13 years of research across all eight of our sectors and 12 downloadable trend reports per year.

Can I add more users?
Absolutely! Many of our clients have their whole team signed up, especially agencies and larger enterprises. Our Premium package grants more than six users access to the full platform – you can find out which plan will suit your user requirements here.
If I do not become a member will I still be able to access LS:N Global?
If you choose not to become an LS:N Global member, you will be limited to:
• Access to a maximum of five news articles per month
How will I be charged for my membership?
LS:N Global memberships are renewed automatically and you will be charged on a rolling monthly or annual basis.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our memberships are annual memberships and are available for an initial minimum term of 12 months. After your payment has been processed and your membership has started, you may cancel your membership within a seven-day period from the date of purchase.
To cancel your membership, ensure you are logged in to LS:N Global and go to your account settings. You can access this by clicking on your name in the top right navigation.

Is my online payment secure?
Your payment details are completely secure. We use a third-party service, Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, theymake use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as methods of payment for LS:N Global memberships.
How can I get a VAT receipt for my payments?
We will send a VAT receipt to the email address associated with your LS:N Global membership after your initial payment. Please contact [email protected] about how to receive subsequent renewal VAT receipts.
Do you offer student memberships?
Our Thinker plan is designed with students and freelancers in mind. This allows you to get the research you need from your chosen sector at an accessible price point, making it easier than ever to stay ahead of the competition.
