Levi's Hotel Levi's Hotel

Frankfurt – A new boutique hotel by iconic jeans brand Levi’s and hotelier Ardi Goldman offers guests rooms in S, M, L and XL. With a fully equipped music jam room and a rooftop lounge, the 25hour Hotel – ‘tailored by Levi’s’ – embodies the brand’s casual and creative spirit.

Each floor of the hotel represents a different decade of the 20th century, giving guests a glimpse of key moments in Levi’s history. The jeans label’s influence on fashion, music and art is reflected in the interior design as well, with denim referenced throughout in both colour and texture. With its state-of-the-art facilities and a 15% discount to customers under 25, the hotel aims to entice young urban nomads.

The 25hour Hotel marks a move by the hospitality industry towards experiential accommodation – a key development in times when hotel trading is, as Chris Nassetta, chief executive of Hilton Hotels Corporation, recently said, ‘uniformly bad around the world’. To entice cost-conscious consumers, hospitality spaces are finding they need to offer more than just room and board.

Look out for our forthcoming Leisure and Hospitality Futures report.
