Boxing clever: Chocolates with added character

Copenhagen – Danish design studio Bessermachen has created Chocolates With Attitude for London branding agency Brandhouse.

The project consists of one large box and 12 smaller round boxes, each containing a small bag of chocolates. The individual boxes express the chocolate flavours in terms of personality archetypes such as the Hero, the Wise man or the Seducer.

Each personality is also paired with a quote. The Seducer, for example, contains this gem attributed to Oscar Wilde: ‘I can resist everything except temptation.’ The theme continues further, with each bag sealed with a sticker with a zodiac-like symbol to represent each personality. The Seducer makes a sly Biblical reference with a snake icon.
