Screen test: ASOS presents a new retail model

London – Online retailer ASOS has launched its Best Night Ever Christmas campaign, which features shoppable videos that enable people to click to buy items, and instantly pin them to their Pinterest profiles.

The campaign will comprise three ambient music videos showing female clothing modelled by Charlotte Free, Ellie Goulding and Azealia Banks. The first video, featuring Free, is already live, and the remaining films will be unveiled in the run-up to Christmas.

This campaign chimes well with LS:N Global’s Point to Purchase microtrend.
