At The Handburger, diners take gourmet burgers and duck burgers in handmade buns from the counter to their table on handmade wooden trays. ‘We enjoy having barbeques with properly grilled meats and homemade burgers when we have friends round with a couple of ice cold beers to wash them down,’ says Daphne Ng, communications executive at The Handburger. ‘But it’s difficult to find good handmade, gourmet burgers that are reasonably priced.’
