London – With depleting oil resources and a new type of traveller emerging, the travel and hospitality industry is undergoing a major shift. The expert panel – featuring representatives from Condé Nast Traveller, Quintessentially and Mr & Mrs Smith – concluded that innovation, a better quality of service and heightened expectation from post-recession consumers will be fundamental to the industry in the next couple of years.
