Tokyo Motor Show Preview
The most conceptually focused of all motorshows starts next week – December 2 – promising near, mid-term and far future efficient technology and compact transport ideas. After the Japanese earthquake and Tsunami earlier in spring 2011, the Tokyo motorshow has had to battle hard to be ready to take place at all, but will celebrate its 42nd year in an all-new venue, Tokyo Big Sight, nearer to downtown than in previous years. Japanese makers will again be by far the dominant exhibitors, but German brands BMW and Audi are also due to make world debuts.
